1. General Information
- Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items purchased directly from Al Tayseer through our website at altayseer.shop.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you’d like to return an item, simply follow these steps:
- Contact Us:
- Approval: After we receive your request, we’ll confirm whether your return is eligible and issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the Item: Package your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return shipping label.
- Return shipping fees may apply, depending on the nature of the return.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will proceed with your refund:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom/Personalized Furniture: Any customized or personalized items cannot be returned, unless defective.
- Used or Assembled Items: Items that have been assembled or used in any way are not eligible for return.
- Sale & Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, we want to resolve it as quickly as possible:
- Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- Notify Us: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
- Return Shipping: For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for furniture. If you need a different style, size, or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you can return the item once it arrives.
8. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
