Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping within Bangladesh. We aim to ensure that your order reaches you, no matter where you are, within our serviceable regions.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location and delivery service.
  • Please note that customized furniture may take additional time to process and ship.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the weight of your order and your location. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Partners

Damaged or Missing Items

We take extra care in packing your furniture, but sometimes accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged or if any parts are missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.


2. Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer an easy returns process. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom/Personalized Furniture: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
  • Used or Assembled Items: Items that have been used or assembled cannot be returned.
  • Sale & Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for furniture. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order.


4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In this case, you can initiate a return once the item has been delivered.


5. Shipping Fees

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your return is due to a defect or an error on our part. For all other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
